The 19^th composite is 30 and the 30^th prime number is 113. We can maketable to show this concept is more visually friendly method.

As we see, the frequency of H + M in chapters 40 through 46 is generated very quickly. Now we look the index 19 for 55 and 359. Let us look at the following table.
