The fist verse in sura 9 states,
1236 544 6105 3362691(1106), 1719(2529) 9:1 – Freedom from obligations has been decreed by God and His messenger for those who have a treaty with you from amongst those who set up partners for god.
The key here is the underlined number 1719. If you go to sura 27:30, you will find that that it is 1719 the Quran to 27:30 in the initialed suras. Recall that 27 is the 17th composite and 30 is the 19th composite. Hence, 9:1 tells us where to look for the missing “In the Name of God, the all Gracious, the all Merciful”
