Verse 167

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّءُوا۟ مِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ ٱللَّهُ أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ حَسَرَٰتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَا هُم بِخَـٰرِجِينَ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ

The followers said, if we had another chance we would have hated you as you hated us. God thus shows them their works, full of remorse for them. And they are never to exit Hell.
