بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God; The All-Gracious, The All-Merciful.
أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
Do you see the one who rejects the faith?
فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ
This is the one who mistreats the fatherless.
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
And he does not encourage feeding the poor.
فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ
Therefore woe to those who pray-
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ
-who are taking their contact prayers lightly,-
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ
-those who only show off.
وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ
And they forbid charity.
