Verse 16

وَٱلَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَـٰنِهَا مِنكُمْ فَـَٔاذُوهُمَا فَإِن تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا۟ عَنْهُمَآ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا

As for the couple who do the aforementioned readily, you shall make it difficult for the two of them, if they then repent and reform you shall leave the two of them alone. Indeed God is Acceptor of Repentance, All Merciful.
