Verse 47

وَلْيَحْكُمْ أَهْلُ ٱلْإِنجِيلِ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِ وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ

Furthermore, it was to serve as a constitution for those who followed the Injeel in accordance to what God revealed therein. And whoever does not rule according to God’s revelation, then, they are wicked.
