Verse 37

لِيَمِيزَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْخَبِيثَ مِنَ ٱلطَّيِّبِ وَيَجْعَلَ ٱلْخَبِيثَ بَعْضَهُۥ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فَيَرْكُمَهُۥ جَمِيعًا فَيَجْعَلَهُۥ فِى جَهَنَّمَ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَـٰسِرُونَ

This is because God sifts out the evil from the good and piles up some evil on top of others in a bundle then throws them all in Gehenna. These are the real losers.
