قُلْ أَنزَلَهُ ٱلَّذِى يَعْلَمُ ٱلسِّرَّ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

Say; it was revealed by the One who knows the secret of the vacua and matter. Indeed He is All Forgiving, All Merciful.
