Verse 24

إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا وَإِن مِّنْ أُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٌ

We have surely sent you truthfully as a bearer of good news as well as a warner. And there is not any community who does not have a warner in its midst.
