Verse 17

لَّيْسَ عَلَى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّـٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبْهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا

There shall be no blame on the blind, nor is there any blame on the disabled, nor is there any blame on the ill. And anyone who obeys God and his messenger, He will admit him into paradises with flowing streams beneath them and anyone who turns away; He will make him suffer, a painful suffering.
