Verse 17

يَمُنُّونَ عَلَيْكَ أَنْ أَسْلَمُوا۟ قُل لَّا تَمُنُّوا۟ عَلَىَّ إِسْلَـٰمَكُم بَلِ ٱللَّهُ يَمُنُّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ هَدَىٰكُمْ لِلْإِيمَـٰنِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ

They act as though they are doing you a favor by offering peace. Say, you are not doing me a favor by offering peace. On the contrary, it is God who is doing you a favor by guiding you to the faith, if you are sincere.
