Verse 24

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُ ٱلْبَارِئُ ٱلْمُصَوِّرُ لَهُ ٱلْأَسْمَآءُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

He is God, The Creator, The Initiator, and The Designer. To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Glorifying Him constantly is everything in the vacua and matter and He is The Almighty, The All Wise.
