Verse 29

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَسَوَّىٰهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَـٰوَٰتٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

He is the One who created for you everything with matter; then He turned to the vacuum and made it balanced as seven vacua. And He is the Knower of all things.
