Verse 158

إِنَّ ٱلصَّفَا وَٱلْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَآئِرِ ٱللَّهِ فَمَنْ حَجَّ ٱلْبَيْتَ أَوِ ٱعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ

Indeed Safa and Marwah are among God’s portents. Therefore, whoever observes Haj of the House or observes Omrah, is not to be blamed for visiting these two places. And whoever performs a good thing beyond the call of duty, then, God is Appreciative, All Knowing.
