Verse 171

وَمَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ كَمَثَلِ ٱلَّذِى يَنْعِقُ بِمَا لَا يَسْمَعُ إِلَّا دُعَآءً وَنِدَآءً صُمٌّۢ بُكْمٌ عُمْىٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ

And the example of the unfaithful is like the one who shouts what he cannot comprehend, nothing but a calling or a simple sound. Deaf, dumb and blind, consequently they do not understand.
