Verse 129

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

Furthermore, to God belong everything in the vacua and everything within matter. He forgives whomever He wills and punishes whomever He wills. And God is All Forgiving, All Merciful.
