Verse 38

وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقْطَعُوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَـٰلًا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

As for the thief, be it male or female, you shall take them into custody, as a requital for what they have earned, a deterrent punishment from God. And God is Almighty, All Wise.
