ٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
You shall know that God is stern in delivering the ultimate punishment and that indeed God is All Forgiving, All Merciful.
