وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
And He is Supreme over His servants. And He is the All Wise, the All Cognizant.
