Verse 115

وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلًا لَّا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

And the word of your Lord is complete, truthfully and equitably. There are no substitutes for His words. And He is The All Hearer, The All Knower.
