Verse 146

وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوا۟ حَرَّمْنَا كُلَّ ذِى ظُفُرٍ وَمِنَ ٱلْبَقَرِ وَٱلْغَنَمِ حَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ شُحُومَهُمَآ إِلَّا مَا حَمَلَتْ ظُهُورُهُمَآ أَوِ ٱلْحَوَايَآ أَوْ مَا ٱخْتَلَطَ بِعَظْمٍ ذَٰلِكَ جَزَيْنَـٰهُم بِبَغْيِهِمْ وَإِنَّا لَصَـٰدِقُونَ

And as for those who were Judeans, We prohibited all with undivided hoofs, as well as the fat of the cow and the sheep, except what is on their back or viscera or what is mixed in with the bone. This was their just requital for their disobedience. And indeed We are surely truthful.
