Verse 58

وَٱلْبَلَدُ ٱلطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُۥ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِۦ وَٱلَّذِى خَبُثَ لَا يَخْرُجُ إِلَّا نَكِدًا كَذَٰلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَشْكُرُونَ

As for the town that is pure, its plants germinate with its Lord’s permission. And as for the one that is impure, nothing germinates except useless plants. We thus explain Our signs for the people who are grateful.
