Verse 98

وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغْرَمًا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَ عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوْءِ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

And amongst the Arabs are those who see their charity as a loss and they are waiting to see you besieged. They are the ones who are besieged by evil. And God is All Hearer, All Knower.
