Verse 110

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ فَٱخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِى شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ

And indeed We gave Moses the scripture but it was disputed. And if it were not for a preordained word from your Lord, they would have indeed been judged. And surely they are hesitant, full of doubt.
