Verse 119

إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ رَبُّكَ وَلِذَٰلِكَ خَلَقَهُمْ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ

–except those upon whom your Lord has bestowed mercy.  And for this reason He created them. And your Lord’s word is fulfilled; I will indeed fill Gehenna with Jinns and Humans together.
