Verse 76

فَبَدَأَ بِأَوْعِيَتِهِمْ قَبْلَ وِعَآءِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَخْرَجَهَا مِن وِعَآءِ أَخِيهِ كَذَٰلِكَ كِدْنَا لِيُوسُفَ مَا كَانَ لِيَأْخُذَ أَخَاهُ فِى دِينِ ٱلْمَلِكِ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ نَرْفَعُ دَرَجَـٰتٍ مَّن نَّشَآءُ وَفَوْقَ كُلِّ ذِى عِلْمٍ عَلِيمٌ

They began to search their bags before his brother’s bag, then, they discovered it in his brother’s bag. We thus perfected Our plan for Joseph. He could not take custody of his brother according to the king’s religion; it is only according to God’s will. He raises whomever he wills in rank. And above every knowledgeable one, there is one who is more knowledgeable.
