هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ
He is the One who shows you the lightning as a source of fear as well as hope; and He initiates the heavy clouds.
