Verse 32

وَلَقَدِ ٱسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ

And indeed messengers before you were ridiculed, thereafter, I gave the unfaithful a reprieve, then I made them suffer, and how terrible was the consequence.
