Verse 27

يُثَبِّتُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱلْقَوْلِ ٱلثَّابِتِ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ وَيَفْعَلُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ

God thus establishes the faithful with a valid argument in this worldly life as well as in the Hereafter and God sends astray the unjust. And God does what He wills.
