أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ عَلَىٰ تَخَوُّفٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Or He may punish them when they fear it the most, indeed your Lord, is surely All Compassionate, All Merciful.
