Verse 108

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَـٰرِهِمْ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْغَـٰفِلُونَ

These are the ones that God has sealed their hearts and their ears and their eyes, and they are completely unaware.
