Verse 4

كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُۥ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُۥ يُضِلُّهُۥ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ

It is written that whoever takes him as an ally, then, indeed he will mislead him and will lead him towards the suffering of the inferno.
