إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا عَالِينَ
-to Pharaoh and his congregation, but they turned arrogant and they were a people who sought superiority.
