إِنَّهُۥ مِن سُلَيْمَـٰنَ وَإِنَّهُۥ بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

It is indeed from Solomon and it is indeed “in the name of God, The All Gracious, The All Merciful.”
