وَلَهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ كُلٌّ لَّهُۥ قَـٰنِتُونَ
And to Him belongs everyone in the vacua and matter, and they are all obedient to Him.
