Verse 29

بَلِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَهْوَآءَهُم بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ فَمَن يَهْدِى مَنْ أَضَلَّ ٱللَّهُ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّـٰصِرِينَ

On the contrary, the transgressors follow their own wishes without knowledge, therefore, who can guide those whom God has sent astray? And they will have no helpers.
