لِّيَسْـَٔلَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ عَن صِدْقِهِمْ وَأَعَدَّ لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا

This is to ask the truthful ones regarding their truthfulness. And to give the unfaithful the promise of a most painful suffering.
