Verse 15

رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتِ ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ يُلْقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوْمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ

The Possessor of The Highest ranks, Possessor of the throne, He sends The Spirit by His command to whomever He wills from amongst His servants to warn about The Day of the Gathering.
