Verse 16

فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِىٓ أَيَّامٍ نَّحِسَاتٍ لِّنُذِيقَهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْخِزْىِ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ أَخْزَىٰ وَهُمْ لَا يُنصَرُونَ

We, therefore, sent upon them a violent wind during a few miserable days in order to let them taste the humiliation of this world and the humiliation of the Hereafter is far worse. And they will never be helped.
