Verse 45

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ فَٱخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِى شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ

We indeed gave Moses the scripture, they then disputed therein, and if it were not for a preordained word of your Lord, they would have been judged immediately. And surely they are suspicious regarding this, full of doubt.
