Verse 46

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَقَالَ إِنِّى رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ

And We surely sent Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his elders, he then said, I am indeed a messenger of the Lord of the multiverse.
