فَٱسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَـٰسِقِينَ
He therefore duped his people, consequently they obeyed him. They were indeed wicked people.
