إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Exempted are those whom God showered with His mercy. He is surely The Almighty, The All Merciful.
