We have enjoined the human being to be kind to his parents. His mother carried him arduously, and gave birth to him arduously. It takes thirty months until weaning. At last, when he reaches maturity and reaches forty years, he says, Lord, make me be grateful for your blessings that You bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and do righteous work to please you; and grant me righteous heirs. Indeed, I repent to You and indeed I am one of the Peace Offerors.
