Verse 24

فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ عَارِضًا مُّسْتَقْبِلَ أَوْدِيَتِهِمْ قَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَا عَارِضٌ مُّمْطِرُنَا بَلْ هُوَ مَا ٱسْتَعْجَلْتُم بِهِۦ رِيحٌ فِيهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Then, when they saw a cloud spanning the sky, coming towards their valleys, they said; this cloud will bring us rain. On the contrary, it is what you were challenging, a wind carrying a painful suffering.
