إِن يَسْـَٔلْكُمُوهَا فَيُحْفِكُمْ تَبْخَلُوا۟ وَيُخْرِجْ أَضْغَـٰنَكُمْ
Had He asked you for it, and put you in a bind, you would have become stingy and your evil thoughts would have been exposed.
