فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ
Therefore, I swear by the Lord of all eastern locations and the western locations that We are indeed fully capable-
