Verse 38

يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا

The day when the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, none shall speak except the one who is permitted by The All Gracious, and he utters only what is right.
