إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ إِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ
-everything is in accordance with God’s will. He indeed knows the obvious as well as the hidden.
